Kim Salmen
Kim Salmen is a fourth-year law student and research assistant at the Chair of Law and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Tübingen. Writing her seminar thesis on regulating „Addictive AI“ with focus on AI chatbots functioning as a surrogate relationship, sparked a deeper interest in AI, human rights and user welfare. She focuses primarily on public law and international law, an interest further strengthened by her participation in the 2025 VGH MootCourt, where she and her team achieved first place. She joined the chair in November 2025.
